Description<\/h2>\n

Upload document is required if the domain status is awaiting document<\/strong>. This status will be existing if you have finished the payment but you don’t uploading a document yet.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

The following are the steps to upload the documents :<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Domain Details<\/strong> page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Make sure the domain\u00a0Status<\/strong> is awaiting document<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. See at Others<\/strong> section, there are two button, that are Documents<\/strong> and Notification<\/strong>. Click the Document<\/strong> button to begin the uploading process.\u00a0\"1.<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. And that will be show you a popup that contains a list of required document type and it status. Add the required document by clicking plus<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"2.<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. After that you will be redirected to Document Management<\/strong> popup. To add a new document, input the Document Name<\/strong> and click Choose File<\/strong>\u00a0button to browse and choose the document file. You can upload your ID Card<\/strong>, Driving<\/strong> License<\/strong>, or Passport<\/strong>. The document can be formatted in image (.jpg<\/strong>, .png<\/strong>, etc.) and or portable document format (.pdf<\/strong>). To processing the upload, click Upload Document<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"3.<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. If the success message is shown, your document upload is successfully. And then click Close<\/strong> button. You can upload a supporting documents such as Brand<\/strong>, Trademark<\/strong>, Point of Attorney (POA)<\/strong>, or Statement<\/strong>.\u00a0\"4.<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. If you have done with uploading the document, status will be become to verifying. You must wait until your document is validated by our team.\u00a0\"5.<\/a><\/li>\n
  8. Finish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In Domain Management,\u00a0you can add multiple documents for each document type required for the domain registration. Click Use This File<\/strong> button to add existing document that you’ve uploaded previously.
