Description<\/h2>\n

After domain ordering has finished, in Domain Details<\/strong> page will show a Status<\/strong> of that domain order. If the order is success then the Status will be active<\/strong>, but if there is a mistake or invalid data when entrying information, the Status will be locked in process<\/strong>. This status will be exist if there is a mistake that are: invalid nameserver, invalid WHOIS contact, and wrong EPP Code when transfering domain.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

The following are the steps to retrying process if Domain<\/strong>\u00a0Status<\/strong> is Locked in Process<\/strong> :<\/p>\n

Case 1: If Nameserver is invalid<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Go to Domain Details<\/strong> page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. If the Status<\/strong> is locked in process<\/strong> with\u00a0Object does not exist (ns [nameserver] does not<\/strong> exist)<\/strong> reason, there is an invalid nameserver<\/strong> that you typed before. So, in\u00a0Nameserver<\/strong> section, click\u00a0Edit<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"1.<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. This will show you a popup. Input at least two valid nameservers<\/strong> to change your old invalid nameservers<\/strong>. If you’re done, click Save<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"2.<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. You will redirected to Domain Details<\/strong> page back, and then click Retry Process<\/strong>\u00a0button to re-order with your new Nameservers<\/strong>.\u00a0\"3.<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Your Status<\/strong> will be changed to\u00a0processing<\/strong>. Wait a moment until the system has finished checking and your Status<\/strong> is changed. If your Nameserver<\/strong> is valid, your Status<\/strong> will be changed to active<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Case 2: If WHOIS Contact is invalid<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Go to\u00a0Domain Details<\/strong>\u00a0page.<\/li>\n
    2. If the\u00a0Status<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0locked in process<\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a0Data management policy violation; Data management policy violation (voice is required)<\/strong>\u00a0reason, there is an invalid WHOIS Contact\u00a0<\/strong>that you typed before.\u00a0So, in\u00a0WHOIS & Security<\/strong>\u00a0section, click\u00a0Edit WHOIS<\/strong>\u00a0button.\u00a0\"1.<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. This will show you a popup that contains your current WHOIS contact information. There are eight required<\/strong> contact information, if you already know where is your invalid contact information click Change Contact<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
    4. And then click Edit<\/strong>\u00a0icon button at your current selected contact.\u00a0\"3.<\/a><\/li>\n
    5. Input or change your invalid required contact information with your new valid contact information. Make sure the Phone<\/strong>\u00a0row is consist of\u00a0Country Code\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Phone Number<\/strong>. If it’s all done, click\u00a0Save<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"4.<\/a><\/li>\n
    6. Then you will be redirected back to Registrant Contact<\/strong> list page. To apply your updated WHOIS contact information for all contacts, give a check in\u00a0Apply to all contact (Administrative, Registrant, Billing, and Technical)<\/strong> checkbox. And then click Use Selected Contact<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"5.<\/a><\/li>\n
    7. If you’re done, you will be redirected back to Domain Details<\/strong> page again. Click Retry Process<\/strong> to try re-order with new WHOIS Contact<\/strong> information.\u00a0\"6.<\/a><\/li>\n
    8. Your\u00a0Status<\/strong>\u00a0will be changed to\u00a0processing<\/strong>. Wait a moment until the system has finished checking and your\u00a0Status<\/strong>\u00a0is changed. If your\u00a0WHOIS Contact<\/strong>\u00a0is valid, your\u00a0Status<\/strong>\u00a0will be changed to\u00a0active<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    9. Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Case 3: If EPP Code is wrong while Transfer Domain<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Go to\u00a0Domain Details<\/strong>\u00a0page.<\/li>\n
      2. If the\u00a0Status<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0locked in process<\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a0Invalid authorization information (The requester has given authinfo which doesn\u2019t match)<\/strong>\u00a0reason, there is an invalid EPP Code\u00a0<\/strong>that you typed before. So, click Retry Transfer<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"1.<\/a><\/li>\n
      3. This will redirected you to EPP Code<\/strong> entry. In this page, input your valid EPP Code<\/strong> and Captcha<\/strong>. And then click Process<\/strong>\u00a0button to begin retrying domain transfer.\u00a0\"2.<\/a><\/li>\n
      4. If the domain has been transferred, the system will check every hour to adjust the status of the domain. However, if after checking through WHOIS the domain has been transferred and the status has not changed (still pending registrar approval<\/strong>), resellers \/ customers can synchronize manually by clicking the Synchronize<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"3.<\/a><\/li>\n
      5. Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Case 3:\u00a0Reseller deposit wasn’t enough before<\/h2>\n

        2. Click “Retry Process” button
