By selecting 2FA as an authentication for login, then the reseller login must use the Google Authenticator application to get the authentication code. You can download this application form Google Play or the App Store.

Steps<\/h2>\n

The following are the steps to use Google Authentication (2FA) to login reseller\u00a0panel:<\/p>\n

  1. From reseller dashboard page, go to Configuration – General<\/strong>\u00a0menu.
    \n    \"1\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. On the General Configuration page, go to Reseller URL<\/strong> menu tab.
    \n    \"2\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Then, at Registration Options section,\u00a0change IP Restriction\u00a0configuration to Google Authenticator (2FA) <\/strong>option.
    \n    \"3\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. After select the Google Authenticator (2FA) option,\u00a0a\u00a0QR code will immediately shown on this page. Scan the\u00a0QR code using Google\u00a0Authenticator<\/strong> app on your smartphone. From the app, tap Add\/Plus<\/strong> button to start scan the\u00a0QR code.

  5. After QR code is scanned using app,\u00a0a\u00a06-digit numeric code will generated and you have to input this code to\u00a02FA Verification Code<\/strong> input column. Then, click Save Changes<\/strong> button to save the configuration.
