The following are the steps to confirming\u00a0Reseller deposit payment:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to\u00a0Billing & Invoices \u2013 Add Fund \u2013 Pay \/ Confirm Payment<\/strong>\u00a0menu.

  2. Choose invoice that you want to confirm\u00a0and make sure the payment\u00a0status is\u00a0Unpaid<\/strong>. Klik the linked Invoice ID<\/strong> to open the invoice details page.
    \n    \"2\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. At invoice details page, Click\u00a0Confirm Payment\u00a0<\/strong>button.

  4. In other way, you can confirm without opening invoice details page by clicking Pay<\/strong>\u00a0button, and choose which destination bank<\/strong> you paid.

  5. Input the Source Bank<\/strong> according to the bank that you used to pay, Sender Account Number<\/strong> according your bank account number, Sender Name<\/strong> according to your bank account name, Transaction Date<\/strong> according the date of your payment, Amount<\/strong> according to the amount that you transfer to us, and click Choose file<\/strong> button to upload the receipt note of your payment. Last, click Submit<\/strong> button to confirming your deposit payment.

  6. For checking your invoice status, go to\u00a0Billing & Invoices \u2013 Add Fund \u2013 Pay \/ Confirm Payment<\/strong>\u00a0menu.

    \nIf the Payment Status<\/strong> still unpaid<\/strong> and there is a Pending Confirmation<\/strong> label, you just have to wait until the Payment Status<\/strong> change to paid<\/strong>.
