The following are the steps to transfer a domain:<\/p>\n

  1. Login to SRS-X Reseller<\/strong>\u00a0panel. From main page, go to Products – Order Domain<\/strong> menu.\u00a0\"1\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. You will be redirected to\u00a0Domain Names<\/strong>\u00a0page. Move to Domain Transfer<\/strong> tab then input the domain name and click\u00a0Transfer Domain<\/strong>\u00a0button to start transferring the domain.\u00a0\"2\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Input EPP Code<\/strong> of the domain you will transfer, then click Order<\/strong> button.\u00a0\"3\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. As a reseller, you can\u2019t place order for yourself. You must place order for your customer by entering a\u00a0username<\/strong>\u00a0\/\u00a0email address<\/strong>\u00a0of your customer. Or if your customer is not registered, then you should register it by clicking\u00a0Register New Customer<\/strong>\u00a0button. Click\u00a0Submit<\/strong>\u00a0button to continue the order for your customer.\u00a0\"4\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Next step is configuring domain in\u00a0Domain Configurations<\/strong>\u00a0panel. In this panel, there are four configurations that are:\u00a0Additional Services<\/strong>,\u00a0Period<\/strong>,\u00a0Nameserver<\/strong>, and\u00a0WHOIS<\/strong>. First, you have to configure\u00a0Additional Services<\/strong>. In this configuration, there are features such as\u00a0ID Protection<\/strong>,\u00a0Managed DNS<\/strong>, and\u00a0Domain Forwarding<\/strong>. You have to give check on each features if you would using them. Then, move to\u00a0Period<\/strong>\u00a0tab to configure your domain registration period.\u00a0\"5\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Second, you have to configure domain registration period<\/strong> by choosing it from provided periods.\u00a0Then, move to\u00a0Nameserver<\/strong>\u00a0tab to configure your domain nameservers.\u00a0\"6\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. Third, you have to configure domain name server for your domain. There are up to eight NS input and at least you must entering two nameservers at\u00a0NS 1<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0NS 2<\/strong>. Then, move to\u00a0WHOIS\u00a0<\/strong>tab to configure your domain contact information.\u00a0\"7\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  8. Last configuration, you have to set your\u00a0WHOIS Contact Information<\/strong>. If you have contact information before, they will shown here. If there is an information you would to edit, click\u00a0Edit<\/strong>\u00a0(pencil)\u00a0button. If your configurations are all complete, click\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/strong>button to continue the ordering process.\u00a0\"8\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  9. And the second step is Product Services<\/strong> page. If you want to add some of our products, then click Order<\/strong> button on each product button. But if you just ordering domain, then click Continue<\/strong> to skip this step.\u00a0\"9\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  10. And then in third step that is\u00a0Order Summary<\/strong>. In here, the product(s) that you will ordered will shown here. If you got a promotion code, you can input it in\u00a0Promo Code\u00a0<\/strong>and click\u00a0Use Code<\/strong>. After you confirmed that the data is true, click\u00a0Checkout<\/strong>\u00a0button.\u00a0\"10\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  11. Last step, you have to choose the\u00a0Payment Method<\/strong>\u00a0from available methods by giving a check on method checkbox.\u00a0But, you can skip the payment for your customer by giving check on\u00a0Skip Payment<\/strong>\u00a0checkbox. And to complete the order, click\u00a0Checkout<\/strong>\u00a0button.\u00a0\"11\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  12. Your order is completed! You will be redirected into Order Receipt. If the statuses for each item is\u00a0pending<\/strong>, you have to wait until your customer is processing the payment and the statuses will be\u00a0active<\/strong>.\u00a0\"12\"<\/a><\/li>\n
