The following are the steps to configure email if you using Zoho email provider :

1. Go to Configuration – Email menu.
2. After being directed to email configuration page, choose Email Configuration tab menu. 
3. Fill the form that contains to Email Username, Password Email, SSL, Mail From, SMTP Server, Port, and Reply To, according to Zoho configuration, that are
   • SSL : 1 (check)
   • SMTP Server : smtp.zoho.com
   • Port : 465
4. Click Save button to save and test your configuration. 
5. If your configuration was right, you will be get an email from SRS-X using your SMTP configuration email. 
6. Finish.
