The following are the steps to top up customer deposit :
- Go to Customers – List All Customers menu.
- Choose your customer that you will add the funds. You can find your customer by input a keyword and click the Search button.
- Click the Customer ID of your customer to entry Customer Details page and start your deposit.
- In Customer Details Page, choose Add Fund tab menu, and then click Direct Fund.
- Input the amount of your deposit to your customer. And finish it by clicking Submit button.
- If your transaction is success, you can check it by choose Transaction menu and you will see the history of your transaction, especially the deposit transaction.
- Finish.
