The following are the steps to editing email templates :
- Go to Configuration – Email menu.
- Choose Email Templates tab menu.
- To begin editing the email content, click edit templates button which a row with your chosen email.
- This will show you a popup that allows you to edit the email templates. In this popup, there are some box that you can edit, that are: Status (if enabled then this template is active), Subject (email subject), Recipient (email recipient), and Messages (content of the message). If you done editing, click Save & Close button. If you want to throw back with the default template, click Reset to Default button.
- Finish.

If you want the recipient of the email just reseller (or the customer will not sent), do this steps :
