Description

By default, the customer isn’t allowed to log into the domain panel. Please follow this guide to allow customer to log into their account and manage their domain.

Steps

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your reseller account.
  2. Go to menu Configuration – General. menu config
  3. Click on Reseller URL and remove checkmark on checkbox Disable Customer Login to allow your customer to log in and manage the domain. 2. config
  4. Finally, click Save Changes.
  5. Your customers is now able to log in and manage their domain.
