The following are the steps for ordering new anything.id domain :
- Start order by clicking .ID Premium button on Reseller Dashboard page.
- Input your customer domain name with maximum length is 4 characters, and check the availability of your domain by clicking Check Domain button.
- If the domain name is available, you can continue order by clicking Next button.
- As a reseller, you can’t place an order for yourself. You must place the order for the customer under your reseller account. If you already have a customer, input customer username/email and then click Submit button. But, if you do not have a customer, click Register New Customer button for registering a new customer.
- If you had submitted your customer account, you must check your customer WHOIS Information. If the information is already true, click Continue button to continue the order.
- Configure the Nameserver for your customer domain and click Continue button.
- In the Extra Parameter process, you must upload the supporting document of your customer, especially for a required document. Choose your customer type at Category drop-down button, and then click plus (+) button to upload the document or add the existing document.
- If your customer already has required document, click Use This File button and you can skip uploading document again. But if your customer does not have the document, upload it by input Document Name, choose the document, and click Upload Document button. If you have finished uploading the document, you can click Close button to continue the process.
- In the Registration Agreement process, accept our agreement by checking at I agree with this agreement checkbox and you can click Continue button to review the Order Summary.
- If you have clear and agree with your Order Summary, choose Payment Option (if available) and finish this order process by clicking Place My Order button.
- You will be directed to Order Receipt page and order receipt for your customer domain name has been placed.
- Finish.
