The following are the steps to Disabling Managed DNS Addons :

1. Go to Domain Details page.
2. Click Managed DNS (manage) button. 
3. Then click Cancel button to start delete this product. 
4. Choose one of Cancel Options and click Confirm button to continue. 
   1. Immediate Cancel is used if you want to delete this addon immediately after you close this panel.
   2. On Due Date Cancel is used if you want to delete this product on the domain due date.
5. Type “CONFIRM DELETE” to confirm if indeed you want to delete this addon product and click Confirm button. 
6. Wait until the progress is finish and Managed DNS status is inactive. 
7. Finish.
