Activate Managed DNS Addons

The following are the steps to Enabling and Managing Managed DNS Addons :

  1. Go to Domain Details page.
  2. If Managed DNS status is inactive, click (activate) button to order this addon product. 1
  3. Click Place Order button if you deal with the order summary, and then you must wait until this product is activated and the status changes to active. 2
  4. After the status is active, you will be able to manage this addon. Click (manage)button to start managing this addon. 3
  5. If the domain is not registered into our Managed DNS System, this will showing an alert and you must click here link to registering the domain so you can start managing DNS of the domain. 4
  6. If your domain has registered but showing an alert that your pointing domain is not into our Managed DNS System, click here link to pointing your domain into our system. 5
  7. If the alert is not shown, its’s the time you can managing your domain DNS. 6
    1. Create a new DNS record
      1. At Managed DNS panel, click Add New Record button.
      2. Complete all of the input form, if you change the record type, the input form will adjusting by your record type automatically. 7 create
      3. Finish with clicking Save button.
    2. Edit DNS record
      1. At Managed DNS panel, click the domain name that you will modify.
      2. Change some data that you want to edit. 7 edit
      3. Finish with clicking Save button.
    3. Delete DNS record
      1. At Managed DNS panel, click x (remove) icon button in a row with the record you want to delete. 7 delete
      2. Confirm by clicking OK button.
  8. Finish.
