At each registration is done through SRS-X, domain will be set as auto-renew automatically. Is the auto-renew will hurt a reseller? Let’s check it out.
If domain is on Auto-Renew :
- In 90, 60, and 30 days before it expire, system will send notification / warning email about domain expiry.
- In 14 days before it expire, system will issuing invoice and send it to user email automatically.
- If the customer has sufficient deposit, then the invoice will automatically cut user deposit (and also cut reseller deposit).
- If the customer doesn’t have sufficient deposit, then the user must make the payment for the invoice.
If domain doesn’t on Auto-Renew :
- In 90, 60, and 30 days before domain expire, system will send notification / warning email about domain expiry.
- System will not issuing an invoice until the user / reseller clicking Renew button in domain details.
Domain Auto-renew will not cut reseller deposit directly, except user has sufficient deposit to make payment for the invoice.
